||Melt the cappings in a solar melter.
||Once there is enough, re-melt it in large pots. Then bring it to 120C for 30 minutes. This kills any pathogens, and removes any water.
||Once it cools below 80C, pour it into wooden moulds. The blocks are about the size of a piece of foundation, and about 1cm thick.
||Put the wax blocks into a large tub of water at 40C for 30 minutes. This softens the wax blocks all the way through.
||Put a bee friendly biodegradable soap onto the rollers to stop the wax from sticking.
||Once the wax is milled, cut it to size using a wooden template and a knife.
